      <image:caption>You might be here because something in your life—or your relationships—doesn’t feel the way you want it to. Maybe you’ve done therapy before. You’re insightful. Self-aware. You understand your patterns. And yet… something still isn’t shifting. That’s often the point where clients find their way to my work. My Approach I’m a licensed therapist (LPC) with over 15 years of clinical experience, specializing in trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship dynamics. My work goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I integrate EMDR, somatic work, attachment and parts-based approaches to help access and shift the deeper emotional and nervous system patterns that keep people feeling stuck—especially in relationships. This is the kind of work that allows for change that doesn’t just make sense intellectually… but actually feels different in your body, your reactions, and your connections with others. Who I Work Best With I tend to work best with clients who are: Insightful and reflective Open to deeper, experiential work Feeling stuck in recurring emotional or relational patterns Ready to move beyond coping and into real, lasting change Many of my clients have already tried therapy before—and are looking for something that goes deeper. My Background and Training Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked extensively with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, and complex relationship dynamics. My approach has been shaped by advanced training in: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples Somatic and nervous system-based approaches Parts work / ego state therapy Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor the work to each client—drawing from these approaches in a way that feels both effective and deeply personal. A Little More About Me While my work is grounded in clinical training and experience, what matters just as much to me is the relationship we build in therapy. I show up as a real person—warm, engaged, and deeply attuned to what you’re experiencing. I believe that meaningful change happens not just through techniques, but through feeling safe enough to explore what’s really there—and supported enough to move through it.
